Carl has lived in downtown Charleston since 2007, and before that time, traveled here frequently enjoying the culture, restaurants and wonderful climate. Carl’s legal background in real estate, investment experience, and enthusiasm for the city mesh splendidly to provide unparalleled service for clients investing in residential and commercial properties on and around the peninsula. He lives in an 18th Century Georgian styled home and understands the inevitable growth must be balanced with maintaining Charleston’s historical fabric.

Raised in Greensboro, North Carolina, Carl earned his B.A. from Duke University and his J.D. from UNC Chapel Hill, after which he completed a clerkship with a Federal Bankruptcy judge. His legal career focused primarily on real estate and bankruptcy before shifting to distress investment analysis at Conseco Capital and Delaware Investments.

In his off time, Carl plays with a local band, sings in the Circular Church choir and is an active member of Charleston’s yoga community.

LEE WILLIAMS

Charleston is home and Lee enjoys everything about Low Country living! At Oyster Point Group, he offers ‘Staging Strategies’ to all of his clients because of the high demand for getting homes ‘show-ready’ to sell. His expertise in completely renovating four houses has given him hands-on experience and enables him to help his clients with their own personal home projects, as well.

Lee began his career on Capitol Hill, after graduating from High Point University in North Carolina. He held many positions with various public relations and non-profit firms and then decided to open his own interior architectural design firm in Richmond, Virginia.

Lee lives in downtown Charleston, enjoys sailing, cycling to Sullivan’s and Folly and getting together with family and friends at our amazing local restaurants. He is a member of the Metro Exchange Club, Downtown Athletic Club and serves on the Board of The Stray Dog Society, affiliated with The Citadel. Lee also volunteers for Meals-on-Wheels and Windwood Farm Home for Children.

Hana Choueke

Hana was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California, and moved to the south in 2010. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill, she moved to Asheville and subsequently Charleston to pursue a career in purchasing and renovating properties. In 2016, she obtained her General Contractor’s license, and has since been learning the ins and outs of the building process.

Hana has an appreciation fine architecture and the unique European flavor of downtown Charleston. In her opinion, there is no finer place to live.

In her free time, Hana enjoys playing in a local band, Coffee, with Broker In Charge Carl Mabry. When she’s not playing music or renovating properties, you may find her riding around town with her King Charles Spaniels, Peach and Rosie.

BRYAN YOUNG

Real Estate Agent

Bryan hails from Atlanta but has spent the majority of his life here in Charleston. He holds a B.A. at the College of Charleston (2000), and a M.B.A at Barry University in Miami (2002).

Returning to Charleston soon thereafter, he pursued a career in maritime logistics with Maersk Line. In 2012 Bryan resumed his real estate passion full-time buying and developing investment properties. His experience in construction/development gives our clients an excellent resource for renovation projects.

In his free time, Bryan enjoys sailing, drinking coffee and spending time with his nieces. He also devotes time to his favorite charity Make-A-Wish.

Angela has resided in the Charleston area for over 20 years and practiced real estate for over 15 of those. In addition to her real estate business, Angela is the owner of Charleston Property Concierge, which focuses on property care and maintenance for Charleston’s finer homes. Both of these positions have given her the knowledge and experience to manage every aspect of the sales process from start to closing. She prides herself on providing excellent client service and attention to detail.

Angela currently resides in Charleston’s historic district and stays heavily involved in the community through charitable work and as a volunteer for the Preservation Society of Charleston.

DAVID SILLIMAN

David is a Charleston native who graduated from Porter Gaud, All State Football and State Champion Pole Vaulting. He graduated from Hampden-Sydney College, where he played football and a Sigma Chi alum, with a degree in history. David enjoys all types of hunting, he’s a member of Stono Ferry Golf Club, and is an avid water man enjoying sailing, off-shore and flats fishing. He is also a die hard skier, snow and water alike.

David’s a former acolyte at St. Michaels Church and began volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House with his family. During college he was an active fundraiser for the Huntsman Cancer Foundation.

Growing up with parents who are mainstays in the Charleston Antiques and Fine Arts world, and who are actively involved in the real estate arena, David has a great foundation in architectural history, high-end stagings of significant South of Broad properties, and he has a keen understanding of ” all things Charleston” that only a local can possess.
