Meet Elliott Pool

Elliott Pool is a licensed real estate agent with Oyster Point Real Estate Group at Compass, bringing a unique combination of real estate, investment, and institutional finance experience to his clients. 

Prior to joining Oyster Point, Elliott served as Chief Operating Officer of Bond Street Advisors, an owner and operator of more than 35 retail properties throughout the Southeast. He also spent seven years with The Blackstone Group’s Park Hill Group, where he worked with leading private equity firms and institutional investors on capital raising and investment initiatives.

Since moving to Charleston in 2016, Elliott has been actively involved in the local real estate market, with experience in property management, leasing, acquisitions, and investment analysis. His background provides clients with a practical understanding of both real estate operations and investment strategy.

Elliott earned a degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Outside of work, Elliott enjoys spending time with his wife and their French Bulldog, as well as golfing, fly-fishing, and traveling.
