Daniel Barber is a seasoned Real Estate Consultant and Advisor with over 40 years of comprehensive experience spanning disciplines of brokerage, development, investment analysis, property management and strategic advisory services. Dan has represented and corresponded with many high profile Corporate, Legal and Institutional clients throughout several significant market cycles.
As a Developer and Investor, he has seen firsthand the complications of property entitlement, financing and market forecasting.
