After spending two summers in Charleston while attending the University of Montana, Caleb could not resist the the Holy City’s charm.

In 2003, he moved to Charleston from Denver and soon began his real estate career.

Caleb got his start in multi-family and mixed use development. He resides on Sullivan’s Island focusing on the island’s properties and real estate investment opportunities.

His interests include traveling, food and wine, cooking, soccer, playing guitar, snowboarding, boating, art and architecture.
